TOP DIGITEX designs, makes prototypes and assembles machinery and instruments for printing on fabric for the world market. One of the solutions always at the heart of the company is modifying and customizing plotter graphics for printing directly on fabric. Over the years we have modified plotters and realized kits to modify for Mimaki, Roland, Mutoh, Epson. Thanks to our experience today we can adapt to any machinery for printing directly on fabric.

The system for dragging carpet is the basis of digital printing and a guarantee of precision and velocity. TOP DIGITEX has adapted and modified numerous plotter and carpet systems fitted with sensors, control and washing. Even if the basic concept is simple, attention to details, precision components and gears permits us to guarantee precision, solidity and durability over time.

Modification of cylinders

 

The system of dragging with cylinders was invented and patented by TOP DIGITEX in 1998 and is found throughout the world directly or through agreements with important international manufacturers. The systems uses a series of cylinders to drag the fabric (or the substrata in general) under the printer head. As opposed to the carpet system it is a more economic, speedy, simple to use solution thanks to modern control systems allowing for elevated productivity.
